to seethe,
to be conquered
by despair.
Enslaved by emotion,
to be tethered
to oneself.

to bleed
words that others cannot
hear.
Can you see me?
I am here.

Impassable oceans
that flood.
The stirrings within
of restlessness knows.
A Silence
of deafening
sound.
To quiet
the mind,
enliven
the soul.
A bliss universal
to find.
To suffering minds
strayed from Middle Paths,
a lie of
desires divine.
This silence to seek,
lays roots to your form.
In transience
impermanence lies.
A truth
to reveal,
a lotus
in bloom.
In Silence
Nirvana
resides.
The destination is here.
The journey is now.
The Eightfold Path shines
truth.
To Silence the mind,
to find the answers herein,
Awaken
the
Buddha
within.
